## Activities

**Objects:** TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND SCIENCES, AND IN PARTICULAR THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC, BY THE PRESENTATION OF CONCERTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** Weekly rehearsals and two annual concerts with professional (but usually student) soloists provide classical music playing opportunities for our members who include many pensioners and schoolchildren. Playing days are organised from time to time to allow 50-60 local younger and inexperienced schoolchildren to experience orchestral playing.
