The Trust Fund consisted of shares in Ward Blenkinsop & Co Ltd. a Private Limited Company. In 1981 the Company was taken over by Shell Chemicals. The amount received by the Trurt for its shares in the company amounted to £900,000.00, which w&$ invested through Coutts & Co, and the Trust receives the income from those investments. The Market Value of those investments at 31 March 2025 was £2,005.623. The Trust Deed permits the Trustees to apply the income andlor any part of the Capital for such charitable purposes as the Trustees think fit. All requests for funds are reviewed by the Trustees. At 31 March 2025 the Trust Fund consisted of the market value of the investments £2,005,623 (as above) plus the bank balance per the accounts of £19,525. There are no accruals of either income or of expenditure.
