## Notes to the Accounts: 

1. The accounts have been created with respect to Charities SORP (FRS102), on the accrual basis 

2. The charity employs no staff 

3. The charity has no pension fund 

4. No support costs were incurred during the reporting period 

5. No Trustee expenses were incurred during the reporting period 

6. There have been no related party transactions during the reporting period 

7. Auditor fees of £108 were incurred during the reported period for independent examination of the accounts 

8. Fixed Assets: the Village Hall is insured for a reinstatement valu e of £1,200,120 

9. The solar panels on the roof of the Village Hall are an asset of the Parish Council 

10. No investment assets were undertaken by the Charity during the reported period 

11. No financial instruments were undertaken by the Charity during the reported period
