**Objects:** TO HELP EMPLOYEES OR EX-EMPLOYEES OF THE CLUB (WHETHER SERVANTS OR MEMBERS OF THE CLERICAL STAFF) WHO ARE FOUND TO BE IN NEED AT ANY TIME AND THEIR WIDOWS, CHILDREN OR OTHER DEPENDANTS LIKEWISE IN NEED, BY MEANS OF CHARITABLE GRANTS  IN MONEY OR IN KIND PAID FROM THE FUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE REGULATIONS.

**Activities:** To help employees or ex-employees of the Club (whether servants or members of the clerical staff) who are found to be in need at any time, and their widows,children or other dependants, likewise in need, by means of charitable grants in money or kind paid from the Fund in accordance with the Regulations.
