Mrs Phyllis Ethel Wood transferred certain
property to the Trustees. The Trustees

Sheet as at 5 April 2022 discloses funds
adequate to fulfil the obligations of the
Trust.

Para 1.22 It is the policy of the Charity to maintain
unrestricted funds, which are the free
reserves of the Charity, at a level which
provides sufficient funds to cover
management and administration and
support costs and to respond to
emergency applications for grants which
arise from time to time. Unrestricted
funds were maintained at this level
throughout the year.

investments amounted to £726,395
compared with £687,821 at the previous
year end.
