Major Risks. The Trustees have conducted an assessment of the risks that could harm the charity and a Risk Register, which is reviewed annually, has been prepared. The assessment identified two major risks, both of which relate to the trustee having particular responsibilities being unable to discharge their specific duties.
To manage the risks other trustees have been nominated to deputise and assume the specific offices until the incumbent can resume office or another person is elected to the office. Office holders regularly inform “deputies” of their activities and any major problems.
The Risk Register was reviewed, revised and accepted by the Trustees during 2022.

Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
Within the parishes of Egham, Englefield Green and Old Windsor the Charity aims to relieve sickness and preserve the health of people resident in the area of benefit who have a physical or mental illness, are recuperating, disabled or frail by providing or paying for items, services or facilities which are seen to alleviate their suffering or assist their recovery but are not readily available to them from other sources.

Section D Achievements and performance
The Trustees held three meetings in 2022 at which various Summary of the main applications for assistance were considered and mostly achievements of the approved. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of The Schroder Charity ('the Charity') for the year ended 31st December 2022 set out on pages 2 to 4.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of The Schroder Charity you are responsible for the preparation of accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (‘the Act’).
I report in respect of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out under section 1 the Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my at in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respec
