in line with YMM'S safeguarding poli¢y. The YMM Lead appraises the early perfoTmance of each new

All tutors have undergone an E￿ban£￿ Disclosure #ttd B8rritig Service (DBS) check and are subject to the
charity's saf¢guarding poli¢i¢s. Tutors bave ordine access to YMM policies ￿ld codes of CODduc( which
are reviewed aTuJually by the trWt¢￿. Th¢ YMM Lead. Scbool Business Manager and two 1TUStees are

Finally. a celebratory ticket¢d evening concert was held with 18 in5mJmeDtsI groups and 4 choirs tskittg

YMM ran four concerts in the Summer lem). Over twenty young studenL8 of YfvAM'5 5 piano t¢ach¢rs
participated in the piano concrt watched by their families 8nd friends. The InStr￿men￿l eT)sembl¢s split
over two different Satt￿Y concerts with 24 different groups perfomiing. In a succe%8ful experimeni the
choirs perfornied at a separatr 'Courtyard Concert. Joioed by the Cbaxnber Group aod supported by some
of the tutors.
