**Objects:** (A) TO STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. (B) TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS IN PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. (C) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF NATURAL, HISTORIC AND PUBLIC INTEREST IN AND AFFECTING THE AREA OF BENEFIT. (D) TO PROVIDE EDUCATIVE EXPERIENCES WITHIN THE BOROUGH AND FOR SOCIETY MEMBERS.

**Activities:** Stimulate public interest in the area by promoting high standards of planning & architecture and securing the preservation, protection, development & improvement of features of natural, historic and public interest.
