I report to the chanty trustees on my examination of the accounts of Ihe Trust for the year ended 31 March
2021
Respon$ibililies and basis of report
As the twslees of the Trust you are responsible for the prePara￿n of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008 (the .2008 Act'l and the Charities Act 2011 {'Ihe
2011 Acl'l. You are satisfied that the accounts of the Trust are not required by charity law to be audited and
have chosen instead to have an independent examination.
I res>ort in respect of my examination of the Trusys accounts carried out under section 65 of the 2008 Act and
section 145 of the 2011 Act. In carrying out my examination I have followed the general Direction5 given by
the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65191{bl of the 2008 Act and the Directions given
by the Charity Commission for England and Wales under section 14515llbl of the 2011 Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examinalion. I Confi￿ that no matters have come to my attention in connection with my
examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect..
1. accounting ￿CordS were not kept as required by seCt￿n 63 of the 2008 Act and section 130 of the 2011
A¢l'. or 2. the accounts do not accord with those records,. or 3. the accounls do not comply with the accounting
requirements of the 2008 Act and the 2011 Act". or 4. the accounts do not comply with the applicable
requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities {Ac¢ounls and Reports)
Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair view which is not a matter
considered as part of an Independent examinab'on.
