Section C Notes to the accounts (cont)

Note 29 Additional Disclosures

The following are significant matters which are not covered in other notes and need to be included to provide a proper understanding of the accounts. If there is insufficient room here, please add a separate sheet.

A minor error has been identified with the 2021-22 accounts, in the Statement of Financial Activities. Expenditure on charitable activities (rounded) was £22,149, not £22,150 as stated. This error was not replicated in the Balance Sheet, whose Total Funds figure at year-end, £24,145, was the correct one.

The error is not material and therefore does not require a full restatement of the prior year accounts. The error has been rectified in this year's accounts, by stating the correct figure £22,149 in column F05 of row S09 on the Statement of Financial Activities, bringing the 'total funds' figure in that document in line with the Balance Sheet.
