**Objects:** SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT OF EXPENSES AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITIES AS FOLLOWS:(1) ONE THIRD SHALL BE PAID TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST MARGARET, WESTHORPE, TO BE APPLIED BY THEM IN OR TOWARDS THE UPKEEP AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF THE SAID ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH, AND SUBJECT THERETO TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SERVICES IN THE SAID CHURCH AND THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FURNITURE THEREIN. (2)  ONE THIRD SHALL BE PAID TO THE WESTHORPE EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE AT SCHOOL OR PURSUING HIGHER OR FURTHER EDUCATION, APPRENTICESHIPS, COURSES AND OTHER FORMS OF EDUCATION. (3) ONE THIRD SHALL BE PAID TO THE VILLAGE FUND FOR RELIEF IN NEED AND THEN FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF WESTHORPE IN SUCH CHARITABLE WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
