**Objects:** PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF CHEDZOY WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The hall is the gift of Rev G Mullins. The management team are local volunteers. The facilities for hirers include kitchen & catering equipment, tables & chairs, electric heating is installed, disabled accessible, the hall fronts a grassed field for outdoor events or marquee, or parking of cars, available for private hire, weekly events, keep fit classes, meetings, social events.
