Trustee/Treasurer’s Report for Period
January 2024 to December 2024
The accounts have been prepared and audited and the Annual Return will be filed with the Charity Commission by the due date of 31[st] October 2025.
2024 has seen an increase in our bank balance from £75,074 to £160,276, occasioned by income rising to £101,552. This is essentially due to the receipt of £100,000 from the estate of Joan Mary Rogers as a payment on account of our inheritance. The lawyers dealing with the matter advise a further sum up to £40,000 should be due and paid to us in 2025.
Our financial position is satisfactory and much improved. Arrangements are being made to increase expenditure on the provision of amenities in consequence of this.
