**January 2022 to December 2022** 

The financial position remains satisfactory and our Lloyds Bank credit balance has increased from £56,006 to £96,021. Much of this has come from legacies **i** ncluding £27,642 from the estates of David Gordon Wall and Clive Reader. A further legacy is awaited from the estate of Joan Rogers. Minimal expenditure has been incurred in pursuance of our Constitution but this is being addressed and should be rectified during the forthcoming financial years.
