## **Apostolic Faith Church Trust Homes Registered Charity No. 262918.**

## **Annual Report 2023**

## **This report covers the period 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2023.**

Two of the Trust Homes flats, and the church flat, have been successfully managed this year, with a few maintenance repairs being necessary. The rents remained the same as the previous year.

The third flat has been empty all year and is undergoing much needed refurbishment. This work had stalled following the removal of two trustees who were managing the work, but it is now being managed by the Deputy Chief International Overseer (who is currently residing in Zambia but hopes to emigrate to the UK later this year).

The Hutchinson Memorial Hall continues to be let out to the Bethel Church Of God, who have also started paying for their electricity usage.

The church garage has been refurbished and let, helping to compensate a little for the loss of rental income from the third flat, and the burden of having to pay Council Tax for the empty property.

There has been a change in the Trustees. The Trustees are now:

Rev Jeremiah Sande (Chairman) Rev. P.D. Lee Mrs. A. J. Lee (Secretary) Mr. K. Robichaud (Treasurer) Rev Emmanuel Kormi Rev. P. Sebotsa (Overseas Member) Miss J. Tannahill (Overseas Member)

Prepared by Mr. K. Robichaud, 8[th] January 2024.
