By doing this, we enable these churches to support their communities & grow community development projects. Firstly the **Trauma Support Project** that the Diocese of Nampula, northern Mozambique has initiated in partnership with the Muslim community, setting up peace clubs and training community leaders in trauma healing skills. Secondly, the **community health projects** in Diocese of Niassa, Mozambique (see below) and thirdly a conversation between Bishop Filomena, the **first female** Bishop of IAMA and Bishop Lusa, London. ## **‘JUNTOS PARA SAUDE‘ Community Health project in Mozambique** MANNA has been supporting and helping to grow funding for an innovative community health project in Lichinga, northern Mozambique, It educates women, girls, communities and secondary school students in key health topics such as malaria, diarrhoea, sexual health, pregnancy, nutrition, WASH, cholera, etc. ## **FIRST FEMALE Bishop of IAMA** Chair of MANNA, John Tasker was delighted to be present for a momentous occasion of the inauguration of the first female Bishop of IAMA - Bishop Filomena Teta to the Diocese of Bom Pastor, Angola. ## **WHEELCHAIRS for 10 Angolans** Working in partnership with Nora Sturges Health Centre, Lobito and the Diocese of Centro e Sul Angola, MANNA raised funds to purchase 10 wheelchairs for Angolans who had polio as children. ## **SUSTAINABILITY for Dioceses** Each year, MANNA gives a grant to one Diocese from the Mustard Seed Fund to support an incomegenerating project. This year the Diocese of Divina Esperanca in Angola has been setting up a pharmacy to create income to sustainably run the Diocese.
