Main changes were Sale of one of the properties - 76 High Street to sitting tenant and the purchase of another property with the proceeds from 76. Solicitors fees of £20110 paid. 

Ex Chair Eunice Woods left a legacy in her will of £317559 to the Charity to be used for the education of Buntingford children. Discussions ongoing with the 4 schools to identify how best the monies should be spent.
