Objectives
For the relief of the poor and needy or for the benefit of such charitable institutions,
Societies and objects as The Club shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time
direct.
Activitie8
The Club continues to make use of the skills and talents of its members to raise
funds for charitable purposes and then to make grants to charitable causes both
locally and intemationally It has continued to provide support for local and
international educational needs, local food banks and a local hospi. In addition, in
the light of the war in Ukraine, it has provided support of basic necessities and
medicines to the people of Ukraine. The Trustees remain mindful of the guidance
issued by the Charty Commissioners on public benefit.
Achievements and Perforniance
The club raised net £25,957.32 and paid this into its Charty Account. The
expenditure for charity purposes was £26,712.83.
Financial Review and Policy on Reserves
The Club maintains a conservative policy with a spread of investments in the
Charities Official Investment Fund (COIFI. The policy is to maintsin a reserve of
approximately £100,000.00 to stand ready for urgent charitable needs. The current
reserves are now a little over £96,000.00 as a result of The Club's response to
support the people of Ukraine.

2022 and all funds have been agreed to their respective bank statement. The record5 have been well
kept, and all payments are agreed by the respective committees with a majority of receipts bebng
obtained.
