The charity was registered in February 1971 and the governing document was updated on 21[st] January 1980, then amended on 27[th] August 1996 and 22[nd] February 2002.
Objectives and Activities
Provision of Housing for those of limited means of the Church of England resident in Devon with a preference given to Clergy, their wives/husbands and widows/widowers or if no suitable applicant to a poor person in Devon with a preference given to widows
To apply the income for the benefit of the residents in the homes of the charity or any of them in such manner as the trustees think fit.
Review of the year including financial review
There has been a slight increase in maintenance contributions in the year. During the year the trustees continued to maintain and update properties as necessary. Various repairs are scheduled for 2024/25.
The year end funds are healthy which will allow us to repair the various properties going forward.
