It was decided by the BoT to celebrate the Swami ji 200[th] bicentenary birthday in the year 2024 on a bigger scale and our temple should be renovated for this grand celebration. 2. During the year under review, following major project was undertaken by the BoT except for the regular maintenance of the temple premises to ensure that the Temple premises is ready for Swami ji 200[th] bicentenary celebration and are maintained to a high standard. - Front LED lighting - Painting of the front and selected halls inside - Damaged wall repair 3. As every year the Main Prayer Hall and the side Extension (Yajya Shalla) are restored to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. 4. During the year under review the following Works was carried out: i. Installation of two projectors - ii. All four (4) Boilers annual services done and gas safe certificate obtained - Ramki heating Limited. - iii. Building insurance was sourced from different insurance companies and insurance obtained was cheaper with additional covers 5. As per requirements of the Charity Commission the finances of Arya Samaj London was reviewed on regular basis. The Board approved all Major expenses for Repairs and Maintenance of the temple premises. The Trustees have organised the celebration of Ihe Swami ji 200th bicentonary birthday in 2024 on an unprecedented large scale and the Temple will be decorated for this grand celebration. 2. During the year under review. the lollowing major projects were commissioned by The Trustees in addition to the regular maintenance of the temple premises lo ensure Ihat the premise5 becomes reaLly for The Swami ji 200th bicentenary celebration and to ensure that the premises are maintained to a high standarrs to enable future continuity. The Turstees spent a considerable amount of tirne researching Buildings Insurance and cover was obtained from different insurance companies at a subslantially lower premium with additional cover. 5. As per requiremenls of the Charity Commission the finances of Ary2 Samaj London were reviewed on regular basis. The Board approved all Major expenses for Repair5 and Maintenance of the lemple premises or any other unexpected costs that were incurred in the year. STRUCTURE.
