The Trustees submit their annual reFK)rt and the financial ￿atements of Cambridg¢ Christadelphian
Ecclesia (the Charity) for the y¢ar ended 30 September 2023. The financial statements have been
prepared in ￿Ordance with the a¢countin8 tK)licies set oul in noie I to the accounts and cornply with
the Charities Act 2011.
OWECTIVES AND AcrivrrIES
Poli¢ie8 xnd Objectives
Our Ecclesia (or Church) is a member of the worldwide grouping known as Thristadelphians- who
believe the Bible to be the inspired w(Kd of W and whose aim is to follow the teachings and
example of Jesus Chrisl. The Ec£I￿la is c4)mposed of Mem1￿ who have been baptised Into Chn'st by
full immersion in water following wnfessI￿ of th¢iT faith. &8 dcfmed in the Chrisladelphian
Siaiement of Faith (known as the BASF}.
The Truslees may apply the inwme of the Charity 10 external charities or for charitsble purp)ses in
order to further the obje¢iiv¢s of thc Cambn'dge Christadelphian Ecclesi&
The objective of the Ecclesia is to meet for w¢xship. fellowship. Bible study. pr¢a¢hing. tea¢hin8 and
recr¢att'on. Th¢sc aclivits¢& tO8cther with the upkeep of our Frnse& arc fundcd almost cnlirely by
the members of the Ecclesia. It is our Fx)licy io seek d￿ationS from outside the Christadelphi8n
Community. 8lthou8h ocwional donations foT wonhy causes arc acceyed from non-Christadelphi8ns
who re8ul8rly participate in OUT ￿tiVities. ￿ (KcAsioN we rais¢ M￿eY from th¢ public on behalf of
other charities (such as Mamillan).

M¢¢iing5. educational rnateria]s. and refr¢5hmcnts used at oyr cvalts are Offer￿ fffe of charge to the
Genera] Public. We hold Tegular Public Bible Talks in or online and are very keen lo provide
activities foT children young people from within the Ecclesia and from the local community, via
our Sunday School, weekly MotheT & Toddlus Group (freasure Tots) and fortni&htly Youth Group
ITreasur¢ S¢ckers}.
ACHIEVEMEIYTS AND PERFORMANCE
Review of Activities
During the year w¢ held activities such as our Mother and T(xJdlers Group (Treasure Tots) tn our
Sunday sch(K>l room in Vinery Rd. We have also eontmucd public Bible talks at the Hall. However.
due lo conveni¢nc¢ we ￿111 hold some mid-we¢k classes on-line.
This year. we hav¢ mct and to know rt￿re l(Kal Jranian Asylum seekcrs who are waitin8 for their
c&s¢s lo be decided. Wc have continued to wovide them with a weekly rneal and read the Bible with
them. 8 of them have been baOised into Christ as members during th¢ Y￿ and they have ￿t￿tlY
I￿¢fitted from fellowship with us. We also transferred a number of Iranian m¢mEKrs to other
christ￿e1phlan Ecclesias in UK. after they wcte moved and grant￿ asylum.
We have C￿tinUed to raise m(mcy from our members C(mtrI￿tiolls for worthy causes such as
overse&8 missionary WOTk. supp)rt for care homes for the elderly. preaching actsvities and also for
local charitics (such as re￿8¢¢ and h￿￿elesS SUIT￿).

statements for each financial year which giv¢ a tru¢ and fair valu¢ of the slate of affairs of the charity
and of the incoming resources and arvli¢ation of resources of the charity f(* that period. In prepanng
