IN PARTICULAR BY UNDERTAKING THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CLUB PREMISES AND THE AREA OF LAND ASSOCIATED WITH IT, KNOWN AS THE CAUDWELL DAY CENTRE HELD UNDER THE TERMS OF AN ORIGINAL LEASE DATED 17TH JULY 1970 AND SUBSEQUENTLY RENEWED BY AGREEMENT OF THE CAUDWELL FAMILY.

**Activities:** To provide recreational and health care facilities for the elderly, day clubs, meals, art, whist clubs etc. Facilities for meetings and family parties. Used by village residents and visitors and guests from elsewhere but there is no restriction on this.
