**Objects:** 1) TO ENCOURAGE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING, ARCHITECTURE AND ROAD DEVELOPMENT IN THE AREA WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF SOUTHBOROUGH TOWN COUNCIL IN KENT.
