Objects: To Give Relief To Players, Referees And Others Connected With Clubs, Leagues Or Other Bodies Within The Jurisdiction Of The Association Or Residing Within The Association's Area Who May Be Injured Whilst Playing Football Or Who May Be Incapacitated Thorugh Illness Attributable To Participation In The Game And Who Needs Such Assistance. Grants May Also Be Made To Necessitous Persons Who Have Rendered Service To The Game In The Area Or To Their Dependants.
