**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENTOF LEARNING THROUGH MUSIC, VISUAL ARTS AND ALLIED ACTIVITIES DURING THE ANNUAL FESITVAL HELD IN LATE JULY OR EARLY AUGUST OF EACH YEAR AND AT OTHER TIMES AS THE OCCASION MAY ARISE.

**Activities:** The Society organises a series of concerts in the last week of July in each year and sometimes in the winter to raise funds for the July week.  We have our own visiting orchestra and chamber group and also arrange a recital given by a talented local young performer.
