TO SECURE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF GENERAL PUBLIC AMENITY, OR HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE DISTRICT.

**Activities:** To represent the residents of the Dutch Quarter in matters concerning planning, conservation, licensing, street services, crime reduction etc
