It was unanimously resolved that the Trustees are
satisfied with the way that the present committee is
running the Riverside Centre building, that the finances
are clearly put and understandable and the Trustees are
confident that the best interests of the charity are being
represented by the actions of the committee, and the
building is being well maintained
