C) TO HELP DESERVING OLD MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS SUCH MEMBERS OR NON-MEMBERS BEING IN NEEDY CIRCUMSTANCES THROUGH POVERTY AND UNABLE TO OBTAIN WORK. D) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
