Finan¢iAI review
The rebutld costs in 2015116 have bttn fully amortised so depreciation is no longer $￿ch a significant COSL Membership
income h&s retumed to previous levels as the facilities were available for overnight Visits. No grdnt income was recetved.
As detailed above there have been some chanees in school memkrship but the tsustees are happy to report that all
M¢￿be[ShIp places are still taken meantng full utilisation of The BrigHou5e.
Costs excluding depreciation have decreased from £42.542 to £38,153, reflecting a drop in maintenance c05t5 which
include the programme of Works explained above. The model of outsourcing the operation and rnaintenance of th¢ facility,
taking into account5 Ènflaiion amd nom. higher utility bills means normal costs will be in the order of £35.000 P¢T annum.
The trustees are satisfied that this model ensures suppliers with skills, knowledge and resources to impletnent changes in
regulation and best prn¢tic¢ when it comes to safety are ensuring compliance with and advising on wlicies, leaving their
role to oversee and monitor. This TneaTrs becoming a trustee while in full lime work in teaching is a manageable and

unexpected repair or other ¢osts in the year£5.(KJO has l*en allocated from this leaving a balance of £65,0(M).
