I report in respect of my examination of the Twst's aCC￿nts carried out
under sedion 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under seciion 145(5){b) of the Ad.
I have completed my examination. I confifm that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that discklsed below.) in connection with
the exarninalion which gives me cause lo believe that in. any material
respect:

The aim of the trust is to make grants 'for the benefit of the residents of Newport Pagnell, from the income derived from
invested capital originally given by Mr Harry Middleton.
The capital investment of the trust is held in the 'Charities Official Investment Fund, ICOIFI managed by CCLA Investment
Mangement Limited, One Angel Lane. London EC4R 3AB.
The number of grants decreased to four, and the total value of grants dropped to £7.557.89, to the following
organisations in 2023/4

The total given has dropped significantly from the previous year and was below the income, the syrplus income being
held for future years. The trustees are still endeavouring to attract more application5 from the local community and
have invested in developing a website to hopefully raise awareness of the charity and what we do.
The Trustees have approved the report above.
