The Management Committoe has promoted several entsrtalnmont •v•nlngs that have been l)oth well supportad by the community and brought in revenue. Now regular hlrors of tho hall hav• been attract￿ and provld• increased ragular rnvenue. The Management Committee has made changes to tho booklng system for prlvato hires, an on-llne system is used which reduces tho time spent by a booklng secretary on administratlon. The hall has Increased the number of private hires by use of social modia advertislng and hirers now come from the cty of Llncoln as ￿11 as local vlllagos. Sertlon E- Flnandal review The reserve fund Is maintained and Increased at regular intsrvals to be available In the evont of unexpected problems with the fabric of the building and ffttings. The hall has a flat roof that is coming towards the ond of its lffe and thus reserves are roquired to replace IL

The Committee decided to brlng back the bar under its control and gained tho relovant licences and porn)iSSbons.
