DIThISHAM CHURCH LANDS TRU The Charity was established in 1788 by a group of local residents in the Parish of Dittisham and in 1879 a trust decd was drawn up and registered with the Charities Comniission (No. 258288). This was further amended in 1966 and 2014. The Trustees appointed under the T￿￿t Deed are up to three ex-officio {the Vicar and Churchwardens of the Parish of Dittisham) and lour non-0￿1claI Trustees, resident in the said parish or within a convenient distance therefrom and appointed by the existing Trustees. With no remaining separate properties, the current oblertive of the Trust is for payment of any charges lawfully incurred by the Churchwardens in the malntenance and repair ofthe fabric of the Church and, subject thereto. in payment of the like charges in respert of services of the sald Church and the furniture thereof. The attached accounts Show the current state of the finances. which the Trustees consider to be sound. The income oftheTrust for 2025 was £31.430 (2024- £28,836) and expenditure was £5,675 (2024- £3,135). The market value of the investments held in the Permanent Endowment Funds, Accumulated Income Funds & bank accounts ar 31 December 2025 amounted to £824.050 (2024- £778,066).
