**Objects:** TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF BOURNEMOUTH, AND THE COUNTIES OF HAMPSHIRE, DORSET AND SUSSEX AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION EITHER HOME OR OVERSEAS, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY DISEASE AND SICKNESS.

**Activities:** The Charity used to receive income under Gift Aid from its contributors and distribute these funds at the discretion of the Trustees, and on the recommendation of the contributor to Charitable causes supported by the Trustees. The Trust has now transferred its activities to Impact Giving (UK) Trust and is in process of closing down. No applications for funding will be considered.
