Summary of the maln achievements of the charity during the year During 2024 grants totalling £21.302 have bean paid to St Mary's church committee to help with repairs and maintenance of the building and churchyard, including £19.WO regarding ￿akIng roof5 and surveys, £1.850 in respect of probl8rns highlighted in the Quinquennial report, £750 to a local foodbank and family support charity. and varp)us outreadi projects. including Church Christrras cards. £5.436 was gr2nted to St P8ler's church committee induding money toward necessary repair works, further expenses re the rèrnoval of the slavery memorial in the church. and outreach projects. A grant of £1,OCKI was made to the PCC to support thelr financial assistance t<)wards repairs to St Andrew's church West Stafford, a church in the wider BenefKe. A totsl of £27.738 was therefore paid in grants during 2024. The 2021 grant of £10.tX)O regarding St George's tower lead was cancelled Ihis year due to the d8lay in commencement of this Work, however grant of £l.0(K) in respect of their toilet roof has now been paid. The Trustees continued lo make an annual grant totalling £6,400 towards the staffing and upkeep of the Dorchester Parish Office. lh8 administralion of which provides an essential element in furthering tM)th th8 r81igious and charitable work of the Church of England in this parish.
