**Objects:** TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE HOSPITAL WHO ARE SICK CONVALESCENT DISABLED HANDICAPPED INFIRM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID HOSPITAL

**Activities:** Following the closure of the original hospital,[Nov 2012] the charity suspended its activities. The Charity continued to meet periodically, to monitor the progress towards replacing the hospital with a "Health and Well-being Hub", from which health services for the public in Havering, both statutory and voluntary, are provided. The Health and Well-being Hub was officially opened in November 2024.
