through multiple Arts Richmond Swan Award nomlnations.
Hxmpton Hill Theatre continue5 to thrive as a community htJb_ Demand for our spaces has grown, wlth repeat
bookings, waiting Ilsts, Ilnd a vibront atmosphere Jt every event. Maintainln8 and improvinR the bltilding is an onEoing
hallcnge, but we are meeting it head-on through lundraislnE inltiatives such 05 Santa's Grotto, NT Llve 5crcenings,
sponsored 3ctivitiÈg, and pplbcations for grant funding. These efforts are triiical in building the rÈ5v.rves needed to
secijrc our long-term ILtrure.

The charitablc objectives of the Club are to encourage the study and prattice of dramatlc art amongstthe inhabitants

and other educational enterprises as may tend to the attainment of this objert.
The club's activities take place through a company litnited by guarantee and are, therefore, governed by the

cieatiwty and rxcellence. Over its history. Ttc has staged more than ?00 productions and now pre5ent5 around ten
shows annually at Its home, Hampton Hill Theatre.

safety improvemenls were proposèd, whlch have now been flilly implemented. The local authoriiy has since

ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
Ttc has mdinlained a high lèvel ol rlctivity throughout Lhc year, both through club-led initiatives Jnd tho continued
use of Hampton Hlll Theatre as a viltil community venue. Audience nLJmbÈrs remain robust, witli siudS0 p[C￿￿CtiOnS
frequently sellinE Otrt and main auditorlum perfomiancv5 drawing excellent attendance. The tl)ird annual Thc FrtnRe
was a particular highlight, showca.%in8 original writing by members and featurtng 5evcral wodd premiere5. This event
further Und￿r$COred the dub's dedbctition tofostering crpAtlvity and supporting npw Work. EngagÈmvnt from members
remains central to Thc's success. The club welcomed many newcomers both and off Stage, wlth several members
directing for tlie fir51 time. Recruhlng andtrainingtechnKal volursteer5 ￿ntInUeS to be a priority, and pro2re55 15 being
made thanks to rcnowed calls for support.

event dellvered a profit exceèding £9,(XO. In keeping with the club's values as a community of 5torylellers, each thild
received an aEe-appropfiate book rather th*ill a plastlc toy
an environmentally conscious and meir ningful gift. rrc
0150 exlended support to lot31 families in need. offering 3 3¢M discount to 30 children from Ukralnion refugee famllies
and a 50% di5£0unt to 20 students from CapElld Speech and Language School in Twickenham. The Grollo was staffed
entSrely by voliintccrs, wilh over SO mcmbers contributing their time 3nd energy acr055 the 10-day event. Their
dEdicaiion was instrumental in creating a Joyful and inclusSve experience for all who attended.

Looking al)ead, future proie£t5 will focus on replacinR the central heJl'in8 bollers, two of ihe current four boilers have
now failed. The addition of solar panels and baitery storage wlll enable l(Iw.C05t nighttime energy to be used during
thg. vveniny, 5èvlng an estimalEcÉ third to half nf the current electriciiy bill. The rep13cemenl dimmer racks will now
allow lor the gradLJal ieplocemont of thè main stagc lyghtlng. This rommenced, replacing tungsten lights with LED
lights. Thls has had an immedlatc ieduction in e.lectricity usage. Ongoing 5fivillRs are plann￿d io be used to replace the
liBhiing grid as quickly ds P055ible.
The aeneral redecoration of all area5 of the theotre will also commence, with new slgnage to help the audiencè find
their 5cat5 more easlly. The Pongcr-term plan is io consider extènding the Garrick Room acros5 the flat roof to create
a dlince studio, and renovaLe the downstairs LoSleLs.
In addition to infrastructure improvements. the club will continue its digital transformatlon efforts. These indude
furthcr enhancements to ihe web51te. refinernenl of br3ndinE and si2naÉe, and the expansion of dlgital ticketlng
syslpms to 5tre3mline opÈr¢ltions and impiov8 P4ilron engagement.
