**Objects:** A) TO CULTIVATE THE DRAMATIC AND OPERATIC ARTS AND IMPROVE AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC TASTE IN THOSE ARTS. B) TO PROMOTE THE PRODUCTION OF DRAMA, OPERATIC AND OTHER MUSICAL WORKS HAVING AN EDUCATIVE VAULE IN FURTHERANCE OF OBJECT (A) AND WITH THE FURTHER OBJECT OF RAISING FUNDS TO BE DEVOTED SOLELY TO CHARITABLE PURPOSES. C) TO DO ALL SUCH THINGS AS SHALL BE CONDUCTIVE TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.

**Activities:** To provide education and entertainment for members of the general public by giving a wide range of affordable, concessionary theatrical performances and concerts of music, drama and dance in the Nottingham area. To improve on performing or back stage skills for both amateur and professional members. Where possible to provide funds, time and performances to help charities.
