The charity makes sm8118nd large grants lo a wide variety of charities based in the UK and overseas. When the
tharty is approached to assist with substantial capital ¢x tmjilding proj'ects, Ihe trustees undertake due diligence
befo￿ decldlng whether to make a commitment. Where the charity has made a ￿mMItMant to maka payments
over 88voral y&aTS, the trustees monitor the proJress of the project before releasing payrnents.
The tharity has not made us¢ of any vohJnt¢er$ during Ihe year.

fferfng from lower rental yiekjs as a resutt of a continued decline in the popularlty of UK hkJh streets. The
trustoès att8mpl to rnitigate these effects by negotiating rent wrfh &w8ting and new lenants to ensurè a

The percentage of funds distributed and Ixjmmitted to charitable causes wll vary from year lo year because tha

The trustees have assessed the major risks to which tha charity is exposed, and aro satisfied that systoms are In

likelihood of a risk event occurring, of ils potential impact, and whether 8ny ¢08t effective mlligating action may
