Audltor's respvnslbllltles for the audlt of the finan¢lal statements
We have been appolnted as audltor under Section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 and report In accordance with the Act
and relevant regulatlons made or having effect thereunder.
Our tsbjectives are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the flnancial 5taternentS 0$ a whole are free from
materlal misstatement. whether due to fraud or error. and to issue an auditor's report that includes our opinlon.
Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance, but is not a guarantee that an audit conducted In accordance with

The extent to which our procedures are capable of detectin8 irregularities, Including fraud is detailed below..
Our approach to identifyin8 and assessing the risks of material mlsstatement In respect of irregularlties. Including fraud
and non-compliance with laws and règulatlons. was as follows..
the engagement partner ensured ihat the engagement team collecllvely had the appropriate competence,

we ass¢ssed 11)e exieiit of complianc¢ with th¢ laws aiid regulations identified above ihrough making enquiries

Identified laws and regulatlons were communicated within the audit team regularly and the team remaSned

We assessèd the susceptibllity of the charitvs financlal statements to material mlsstatement, includin8 obtalnln8 an

To address the rlsk of fraud throu8h management bias and override of ¢ontrols, we..
performed analytical procedures to identlfy any unusual or unexpected relatlonshlps.,
tested journal entries to Identlfy unusual transactions;
assessed whether jud8ements and assumptions made in determlnlng the accountin8 estimares were indicatlve
of potential bias',8nd
Investigated the rationale behlnd significant or unusual transactions.
In response to the risk of irregularities an(J non-compliance with laws and iegulatlons, we designed procedures whlch

readin8 the minutes of meetings of those charged with governance,. and
enquiring of management as to actual and potential litlgatlon and clalms.,
There are inherent limitations in our audlt procedures described above. The more removed that laws and regulations
are from financial transactions, the less likely it is that we would become aware of non-cornpliance. Auditing standards
also limit the audit procedures rèquired to identify non-complian￿ with laws and regulations to enquiry of the trustees
