I have made some minor recommendations to the Treasurer
The overall view of the Trustee is that it is in a very strong financial position with
approximately the following assets in addition to the properties
Approximately
£38000 in the bank
£63000 in the repair fund and
£31000 in the ccla investment account
My only recommendations are minor ones
le why not round up the income payments to the nearest £. This would
encourage simplicity Eg some payments are £324 .05 and £299.06
Similarly when increases are implemented I would recommend whole £ changes
Unless they are specific hardship cases then this policy would make for ease of
compilation of the accounts
