**Objects:** OUT OF THE RESIDUE OF NET YEARLY INCOME TO PAY IN RESPECT OF THE CLERGY AN AMOUNT AGREED BY THE TRUSTEES.TO PAY EITHER TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OR DIRECTLY ANY CHARGES LAWFULLY INCURRED IN THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR AND INSURANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ALL SAINTS, NORTH STREET.IF IN ANY YEAR THE WHOLE OF THE SAID RESIDUE IS NOT APPLIED IT SHALL BE ACCUMULATED TO FORM A FUND FOR EXTRAORDINARY REPAIRS, IMPROVEMENTS OR ENLARGEMENT OF THE FABRIC OF THE PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CHURCH.TO MAKE A PAYMENT NOT EXCEEDING TWO HUNDRED POUNDS IN ANY PERIOD TO ANY PERSON RESIDING IN THE PARISH OR A REGULAR ATTENDEE OF THE CHURCH WHO FROM AGE, ILLHEALTH, ACCIDENT OR INFIRMITY IS CONSIDERED WOULD BENEFIT FROM SUCH A PAYMENT DUE TO THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES

To pay either to the Parochial Church Council or directly any charges lawfully incurred in the maintenance and repair and insurance of the fabric of the parish church of All Saints, North Street.
