- policies and procedures adopted for the induction and training of trustees;

- the charity’s organisational structure and any wider network with which the charity works;

The Charity has been tightly managed to remain stable during this reporting year.

As the income was considerably lower all expenditure was kept to a minimum and some planned maintenance has been carried forward to the next year

The continual control of funds is a priority

- relationship with any related parties;

- trustees’ consideration of major risks and the system and procedures to manage them.

**Additional details of objectives and activities (Optional information)**

The Charity was helped by an amazing team of volunteers and work has continued with the Probation Service to provide a place of safety for people to carry out community service. The benefits to the Charity and The Probation Service are outstanding

You **may choose** to include further statements, where relevant, about:

The Chairman and the Trustees remain committed to ensuring the Charity remains viable and is hopeful the coming year will begin to see the Charity flourishing

- policy on grantmaking;

- policy programme related investment;

It was impossible to forecast the long-term effect of the Covid Pandemic but slowly the Charity is hopeful it will flourish again

- contribution made by volunteers.

Section D                      Achievements and performance

## Section D Achievements and performance

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** The Probation Service have continued to work for the Charity and they are still instrumental in ensuring the stability of the Charity In September 2020 the Charity engaged in working with Creative Advances a charity working with adults with learning disabilities. The adults were all supported by workers who ensured both the adults and the Charity benefited from this contract. Sadly during this reporting year Creative Advances were no longer able to financially support this project as the rising costs of fuel and transport made it uneconomical for them. CDDRS miss their input and will look to discover other partnerships in the future. The previous kennel manager left and a new one recruited who is paying rent for the Charity House

The stables continue to provide some income
