Supports Aged and Infirm Ministers of Word and Sacrament of the Independent Tradition in Wales and in England, except in the 6 Northern Counties. Provides financial assistance for Students for the Ministry of Word and Sacrament in the Independent Tradition and for Ministers of Word and Sacrament of the Independent Tradition with unexpected and exceptional financial problems.

Objects: 1. Encouraging The Preaching Of The Gospel In England And Wales. 2. Assisting Ministers In The Country. 3. Supporting Pious Young Men Going Through A Course Of Study Preparatory To Entering Upon The Work Of The Gospel Ministry. 4. Rendering Aid To Colleges Where Such Young Men Are Trained. 5. Granting Annual Exhibitions To A Limited Number Of Aged And Infirm Ministers, Who Are No Longer Able To Sustain The Pastoral Charge.
