Public Benefit Statement
The Charity exists to:

The aim is to offer a Hall that is safe, clean, open, welcoming and affordable space to hire without distinction of political, religious, or other opinions including use for meetings, lectures, and classes.

St Brannock’s Parish Rooms used by the wider community for various activities requiring modern indoor rooms with a near commercial kitchen.
Summary
2024 has seen lettings stabilise following Pandemic times, regular bookings as well as one off events. Gaps do appear in the last afternoon, evening schedule.
We have continued with carrying out minor repairs and improvements as and where required to keep the hall in good order.
The hall roof the major repair. Completed.
Further work on the roof and inside the hall due to water ingress. Completed.
New signage. Completed.
Outside railings painted. Completed
Our thanks to the cleaning team for keeping the venue in good order.
The grounds of the hall are now maintained by Fox Gardening.

The new heating regulating system is in place (Hive) and working well, all radiators are Hive controlled, thwarted a little by the boiler breakdowns. Now resolved.
The hall has been inspected as regards the Fire alarm system, Boiler is certificated, Insurance up to date. Further assessment to be carried out 25[th] April 2025 – Peninsula Fire & Safety South West

Operating the hall continues to be fragile. A three year plan presented to the PCC of Braunton to ensure financial support at a individual project level. PCC agreed.
