Trust property held in connexion with Union Street Congregational Chapel.

Annual Report

The Trustees met during the year to discuss the sale of the property which was beyond economical repair.

It was sold to the Local Council for £ 130,000 and the sale proceeds have been banked and included in the Income of the Trust for the year.

The funds will be used for Charitable donations in the coming years.
