## **Report of trustees for financial year 1/4/2020 to 31/3/2021** 

Under the provisions of the Charities Act 1992, the Trustees publish this Annual Report 

## **Aims of the Trust** 

To proclaim, through all our activities, the gospel of the Kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ as understood in the Christadelphian Statement of Faith. 

## **Trustees** 

The Arranging Committee, elected by the Members on an annual basis, are empowered as ‘Trustees for the Time Being’, and make this joint report to the members. 

A total of 5 Trustees have served the Ecclesia during the past year: S Palmer Secretary 

S Paterson Treasurer A Avery J Bateman D Greening 

No remuneration is paid for any work undertaken by the Trustees. 

## **Membership** 

Membership is 44 (plus 10 inactive members). 

## **Finance** 

Total income during the year was £33,939.74. Total expenditure was £22,921.40. Income exceeded expenditure by £11,018.34 for the year compared with a deficit of £5,289.22 in 2019/20. 

All accounts due to or by the Ecclesia have been cleared. 

## **Preaching** 

This year there have been further Bible Studies, Bible Reading Groups, and a weekly Café all of which have continued throughout the year, Covid19 restrictions permitting. 

## **Youth** 

The Sunday School and Youth Groups continue to work with young people of the church and the surrounding area. 

## **Future** 

By the Grace of God, and subject to His will, the Trustees of the Ecclesia will continue to make similar arrangements as in the past year, while we wait in faith, hope and patience for The Lord Jesus to return.
