**Objects:** (A) THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SANCTUARY OF SANCTUARIES WHERE UNWANTED OR STRAY ANIMALS OF ALL KINDS CAN BE RECEIVED. (B) TO FIND PERMANENT HOMES FOR SUCH ANIMALS OR O KEEP THEM AS LONG AS PRACTICABLE. (C) ACQUIRE SUITABLE LAND OR BUILDINGS FOR THE CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF ANY ANIMAL RECEIVED BY THE SANCTUARY. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE TRUST DEED).

**Activities:** The operation of a Sanctuary for unwanted and stray animals of all kinds to be received at all times, to find good permanant homes for such animals, or if unsuccessful, to keep them in the Sanctuary for the rest of their lives so long as is practicable to do so.
