Constitution The Parish Feofftnent and Ann Wright Charrty is govemed under the scheme of the 27 April 2005 and managed by the trustees at regular meets"ngs. The trUstS meet four kn.mes per annum and delegate the management of the day to day running of the Charrties affairs to the cleF1¢. b. Methods of appointment or eledion of Twstees The TnJstees who served throughout the year are IL8t&J on pa3e 1. Appointment of trustees is govemed by the ConstitutM)n. Trustees are recruited and apwnted after a careful review of Ihe needs of the Charity and the skills and expertise which respective new trustees can provKle. Trustees are enuraged to attend exiemal trustee training sessions that are feely availab in the region. Plans for future perfods The principal objects of the Charrty rdate to the maintenance and repair of the churches of St Martin and St Helen. Quinquennial reports detailing the work to be carried out are prepared.
