Objects: Assisting1) Poor Persons Resident In The Parish Of Wroughton; And 2) Poor Persons Resident Outside The Parish Of Wroughton Who Completed Their Final Year Of Secondary Education At The Wroughton School Who Have Not Attained The Age Of 25 Years And Who Are Preparing For, Entering Upon Or Engaged In Any Trade, Occupation Or Profession By The Provision Of Tools And Books, The Payment Of Fees For Instruction Or Examination, The Payment Of Travelling Expenses Or Such Other Means As Will Fit Them To Earn Their Own Living Or Advance Them In Life.
