a parcej of land to the south of St Leonard's Church, which remained after the sale in 2018, was ￿t0 the PCC ofSt Leonarfs

thereby contribute to the increase the valve of the units.
In addition, theTrust ha(F a balance at Uoyds ot£4557.02 at the beginning of Jantlary 2024 increasing to E7720.89
on 31 December 2024.

The remalnder of the land has tonfjnued to be used a5 parknngforthe thuTth ènd some open spa￿. A5 anti¢ip3ttd, the
application for a fotstpath INO 361 through the site ha5 been granted. al￿Tr8 the diverted route 35 agreed with Oxfordshtrre
Ctsunty Counul.
Llurin8 2023, a majorprojertto renovate Irwirthe North *A51e r(K)f. wth additior￿1 replacane¢rt of the drainage system, was
carrled out, CQ5tin8 £74,558.17 èxduding VAT. The PCC was reimbursed to thls amount as the expendlture metthe oblectlves ol
theTntst and w85 approvetl by the Trustees. Final payment of £4430.13 was paid in January 2024.
In addttlon. a proiect to deveFop the rocrfn at the bottom of the Churth Toww. was explored (ln acc￿dan￿ wtth the conditions
of the legacy left by the Willlamson famityl-the Cc￿$ involved of £12,380 were met equalfy by the TnJ5t and the vfiii3mson
